Rogue Code vs Claude CodeA Claude Code alternative with an interface and voice.
Claude Code works in the terminal, in IDEs, on the web and in the Claude desktop app, where it's the Code tab. Rogue Code is a native app made only for building: you hold a key and talk, and Rogue opens the session, works in a folder you own and shows the preview beside the chat.

From any app, the request becomes a session
- Hold, talk, let goThe microphone is open only while the key is held, and speech is recognized on the Mac itself.
- In place of a prompt“Make a website for my bakery” opens a new session, and the agent starts on it right away.
- And the Mac's small thingsOpen an app or a folder by name, turn the volume up, ask the time: the notch answers in writing.
The terminal is still here
When the project needs a server, Rogue runs the project's own command in a terminal inside the chat and opens the site in the panel. Every command gets its own tab, and any command block Rogue suggests gets a Run button.
npm installnpm run dev ➜ Local: http://localhost:5173/✓ Preview open in the panel beside the chat- You see the output if you want, and never have to type it.
- Close the app and the server goes with it: nothing keeps running behind your back.
- Reopened the project? The panel shows “Turn the project on”, with the command.
