Security vulnerabilities

If you have found a way to break Rogue, write to caio@rogueon.ai with Security in the subject line. Useful reports say what you did, what happened, and what an attacker could do with it. A rough note beats no note, so do not sit on something because it is not written up yet.

We aim to acknowledge a report within three working days and to tell you what we found once we have looked. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before you publish it.

We do not run a paid bug bounty. We would rather say that plainly than imply a reward that does not exist. Credit in the fix notes is yours if you want it.

Testing, and where the line is

Testing against your own account and your own projects is fine. What is not fine: touching other people's data, running denial of service, spamming, social engineering our team, or using a real person's account without their permission.

Abuse of the service

If something built with Rogue is being used to defraud, harass, or impersonate someone, send us the details and a link. We act on those.

Something else

Wrong information on this site, a broken page, a claim that does not hold up: those are worth reporting too, and the same address takes them. For anything that is not a problem, use Contact.
